- Microwave the mushrooms, oleo, and sliced onion for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes until tender.
- Mix the stuffing mix with water to moisten.
- Combine 8 ounces of tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and garlic powder.
- Mix all the prepared mixtures together in a bowl.
- Spread the mixture down the center of the pounded flank steak.
- Roll the steak to enclose the filling and secure with toothpicks.
- Place the rolled steak seam side down in a glass baking dish.
- Pour the remaining 8 ounces of tomato sauce over the top of the roll.
- Microwave on High for 5 minutes, then cook on Medium for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
