Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine self-rising flour, milk, Miracle Whip, and sugar in a bowl.
  3. Stir until well blended, with some small lumps remaining.
  4. Spoon batter into 6 large muffin cups coated with non-stick cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until muffins are risen and golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes.
