- In skillet, brown beef and drain. Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid into skillet. Add onion, green pepper and cayenne.
- Cook over high heat 5 to 8 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring often. Stir in tomatoes and potatoes.
- Heat thoroughly. Top with cheese; heat until melted.
