Quick Trail Stew
Ingredients
Instructions
- Pour oil into Dutch oven or large boiler.
- Chop onion fine and place in pot.
- Fry onions until brown.
- Salt and pepper ground beef evenly and put in pot until beef browns.
- Stir to mix with onions.
- To browned beef, pour 2 cans of soup and 2 cans of water. Bring to a boil, stirring often.
- Take pot off fire and put on tight lid.
- Let set for 20 minutes.
- Serve over Fritos and enjoy. Feeds 4.
