Ingredients

  • breaded veal patties
  • spaghetti sauce
  • shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook veal patties on one side in a frying pan lightly brushed with oil.
  2. When the veal is browned, turn the patties and spoon a generous coating of spaghetti sauce over each.
  3. Top with a coating of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cover the pan while the second side browns, then add more sauce and cheese, and heat through.
  5. Serve with spaghetti and salad or green vegetables.
