Ingredients

  • 8 oz. corkscrew pasta
  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • sliced green onions
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the corkscrew pasta according to the package instructions.
  2. Brown the Italian sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Drain the fat from the skillet.
  4. Add the stewed tomatoes to the sausage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in a handful of sliced green onions.
  6. Serve the sauce over the cooked pasta and top with Parmesan cheese.
