Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 pkg. crackers (soda or Ritz)

Instructions

  1. Drain mixed vegetables.
  2. Put in casserole.
  3. Add corn and liquid, onion, mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese.
  4. Mix crushed crackers and butter; sprinkle over vegetables.
  5. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
