Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers chopped
  • 2 carrots chopped
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup sweet onion
  • 3/4 cup green pepper
  • 3/4 cup red pepper
  • 3/4 cup fat free Italian dressing
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all and mix let set 2 hours.
  2. Stir and serve.
  3. Serves 6-8.
