Quick Yeast Spoon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 4 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 c. warm water
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 1 beaten egg

Instructions

  1. Put yeast in warm water; stir.
  2. Combine butter, sugar and beaten egg, then add flour.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Spoon into muffin pans. Bake at 400° until brown.
  5. Keep remainder in a sealed bowl.
