Quickie Beef Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • garlic to taste
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 (13 1/2 oz.) can beef broth
  • 1 (29 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 3 1/2 c. elbow macaroni

Instructions

  1. In 4-quart saucepan, brown ground beef.
  2. Drain.
  3. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender.
  4. Stir in beef broth, water, tomato sauce and seasoning.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Add macaroni and return to boil.
  7. Cover and cook until macaroni is tender.
