Ingredients

  • 1 pkg cherry jello
  • 1 pkg black raspberry jello
  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 Tbsp melted butter
  • 2 cups Cool Whip
  • 1 pkg orange jello
  • 1 pkg lime jello
  • 1 cup pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare all jello flavors (except lemon) separately using 1 cup hot water and 1/2 cup cold water, then pour each into an 8-inch pan and chill until firm.
  2. Combine pineapple juice and sugar, heat until sugar dissolves, then remove from heat and stir in lemon jello.
  3. Add 1/2 cup cold water to the lemon/pineapple mixture and chill until syrupy or until the consistency of unbeaten egg white.
  4. Mix vanilla wafer crumbs and melted butter, then press 1 cup of the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  5. Reserve 1/2 cup of crumbs for topping.
  6. Pour the lemon/pineapple mixture into Cool Whip and fold in cut jello cubes gently.
  7. Pour the Cool Whip mixture into the prepared pan with crust, then sprinkle remaining crumbs on top.
  8. Chill overnight before serving.
