Raisin Oatmeal Bars

Instructions
- Cook raisins in water for 10 minutes.
- Mix next 5 ingredients together.
- Divide 2/3 and 1/3.
- Pat 2/3 into 9 x 13-inch pan. Pour filling on top.
- Sprinkle 1/3 of oatmeal mixture on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
