Raisin Wine Pie

Instructions
- Rinse raisins, add water, boil for 5 minutes.
- Stir in wine; blend sugar and flour, stir and boil for 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat, stir in lemon rind, juice and coloring.
- Turn into pastry lined pie plate.
- Cover with top crust. Flute edges, prick surface with fork.
- To glaze, brush egg white over surface.
- Sprinkle lightly with sugar and cinnamon.
- Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
