Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 8-10 fish filets
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8-10 cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  3. Place the fish filets on top of the melted butter in the dish.
  4. Mix the dry ranch dressing, mayonnaise, and milk in a bowl.
  5. Pour the ranch mixture over the fish filets.
  6. Top with sliced cheese slices.
  7. Crush the chips and sprinkle them over the cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the fish is cooked through and bubbly.
