A fluffy and creamy omelet infused with parsley, onions, and sour cream, perfect for a quick breakfast or brunch that delights with delicate flavors.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup water
  • a sprinkle of parsley
  • a dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp diced onion
  • 2 Tbsp sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a pan, melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
  2. Whisk together eggs and water until well combined.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the melted butter in the pan.
  4. Cook until the edges start to set, a few minutes.
  5. Lift the edges with a spatula to allow uncooked egg to reach the pan's bottom.
  6. Add sour cream, parsley, pepper, and diced onions onto the omelet.
  7. Let simmer for about 2 minutes without flipping.
  8. Carefully lift the edges with a spatula, then fold the omelet over using the pan and serve.
