Ingredients

  • 8 oz. low or no fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 pkg. chicken soup supplement
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 pinch garlic powder
  • 1 pinch onion powder
  • 5 shakes of Mrs. Dash

Instructions

  1. Combine the cottage cheese, chicken soup supplement, water, garlic powder, onion powder, and Mrs. Dash in a blender.
  2. Blend on medium speed until smooth.
  3. Just before finishing, sprinkle parsley and chives into the blender and pulse briefly to incorporate.
