Creamy, flavorful ranch-style potatoes with tender fries coated in dry ranch seasoning and baked to perfection, ideal as a comforting side dish for family dinners or gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 5 or 6 red potatoes
  • 1 envelope dry ranch dressing
  • 1/2 stick margarine

Instructions

  1. Put the peeled and cut red potatoes into the bottom of a baking dish.
  2. Dot pats of margarine on top of the potatoes.
  3. Sprinkle the dry ranch dressing over the potatoes and margarine.
  4. Mix everything thoroughly to combine the flavors.
  5. Cover the baking dish with foil.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour.
