Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breasts (skinless/boneless)
  • 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 c. white wine
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • coarse ground pepper
  • seasoned salt
  • tarragon
  • oregano
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Cover bottom of roasting pan with chicken.
  3. Combine soup, milk and wine; cover chicken evenly. Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour.
  4. Remove cover and bake for another 15 minutes.
  5. Remove from oven and place cheeses evenly over mixture. Bake until cheese is melted and golden brown (approximately 15 minutes).
