  • salt to taste
  • 1 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 500°F (260°C).
  2. Ensure the roast is at room temperature. Rub the roast with garlic and salt.
  3. Place the roast, uncovered, in the heated oven and cook for 37 to 40 minutes.
  4. Turn off the oven and do not open the door. Let the roast rest for exactly 2 hours.
