Ingredients

  • cube steak
  • potatoes, cubed
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • oil

Instructions

  1. Dip the cube steak in milk, then coat it in flour.
  2. Place the coated steak in hot oil in an electric skillet.
  3. Brown the steak on both sides.
  4. Add cubed potatoes, mushroom soup, and water to the skillet.
  5. Cook on low heat until potatoes are tender. Serve hot.
