Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 Tbsp. barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. In oil, sauté onion, celery, and green pepper until tender.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until beef is gray in color.
  3. Add salt, pepper, tomato soup, and barbecue sauce.
  4. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  5. Simmer uncovered for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve on buns or rolls.
