Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 c. unprocessed wheat bran
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. fresh or frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Partially thaw frozen raspberries.
  2. In bowl, stir together flour, bran, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  3. Make a well in the center of mixture.
