Ingredients

  • 3 oz. raspberry Jell-O
  • 2 c. hot water
  • 3/4 c. cranberry cocktail juice
  • 1 c. diced apples
  • 1/4 c. sliced celery
  • 3 oz. lemon Jell-O
  • 1/4 c. nuts
  • 4 1/2 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Dissolve raspberry Jell-O in 1 cup hot water.
  2. Add cranberry cocktail juice and chill until thickened, about 1 hour.
  3. Fold in diced apples, sliced celery, and nuts.
  4. Spoon into a 6-cup mold and chill until set, about 15 minutes.
  5. Dissolve lemon Jell-O in remaining boiling water.
  6. Chill until slightly thickened, about 1 hour.
  7. Combine Cool Whip and mayonnaise; fold in the lemon Jell-O.
  8. Spoon the mixture on top of the raspberry layer.
  9. Chill until firm, at least 4 hours.
  10. Unmold and serve.
