A refreshing and fruity frozen dessert blending pineapple, bananas, and raspberries, perfect for hot days or a healthy treat for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed pineapple with juice
  • 3 sliced frozen bananas
  • 3 cups frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. Put the crushed pineapple with juice into a blender.
  2. Add frozen sliced bananas and frozen raspberries a little at a time and blend well until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into 8 serving dishes.
  4. Freeze for 15 to 30 minutes.
  5. Taste before freezing and add sugar if needed.
