Ingredients

  • butter-flavored cooking spray
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 cup raspberry spread (such as Polaner All-Fruit), divided
  • 1 tsp. water

Instructions

  1. Place chicken on the rack of a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
  2. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly over chicken.
  3. Broil chicken for 7 minutes.
  4. Turn chicken over.
  5. Baste chicken with 2 tablespoons raspberry spread.
  6. Broil 10 minutes longer or until chicken is done.
  7. Combine 2 tablespoons raspberry spread and 1 teaspoon water in a 1-cup glass measure.
  8. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds.
  9. Spoon the raspberry mixture evenly over the chicken.
