Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Pour oil into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; tilt pan until oil covers bottom.
  2. Combine cake mix, eggs, and water in the pan; stir with a fork until blended (about 2 minutes).
  3. Batter will be lumpy.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
