- Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Mix orange marmalade and softened butter; spread evenly in an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
- Stir Bisquick baking mix and cold water to form a soft dough.
- Gently knead the dough 5 times on a floured cloth-covered board.
- Roll the dough into an 8-inch square and place it on top of the marmalade-butter mixture in the pan.
- Pat the dough evenly into the corners and cut into 36 squares.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
- Invert the pan onto a serving plate.
- Biscuits will break into small bite-sized pieces.
- Serve warm. Can be baked ahead and reheated.
