- In a food processor or blender, combine white wine vinegar, orange juice, vegetable oil, 1/4 cup fresh raspberries, garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and process for 1 minute or until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Set aside the marinade.
- Split the Cornish hens in half lengthwise.
- Marinate the hens in the raspberry mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
