Ingredients

  • 1 cup washed and drained raspberries
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Put the washed and drained raspberries in a pie pan.
  3. Blend eggs, sugar, milk, Bisquick, and melted butter in a blender until smooth.
  4. Pour the blended mixture over the raspberries in the pie pan.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until set and golden.
