Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) packages raspberry Jello
  • 1 (10 oz.) package frozen raspberries with juice, thawed
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 16 to 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 16 oz. carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry Jello in 3 cups of hot water.
  2. Add the thawed frozen raspberries with juice, mashed bananas, and drained crushed pineapple to the Jello mixture.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a mold and let it set until firm.
  4. Spread sour cream over the set Jello layer.
  5. Cover with the remaining Jello mixture and refrigerate until fully chilled and set.
