Ingredients

  • 1 large box raspberry jello
  • 5 cups white sugar
  • 5 cups green tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Put the raspberry jello, sugar, and green tomatoes in a large pan.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring slightly, until a skin forms on top.
  3. Remove from heat and skim off the top layer of skin.
  4. Discard the skimming.
  5. Pour the mixture into jelly jars.
  6. Place wax paper on top, then cover tightly with paper and a lid.
