A refreshing blend of ripe mango and tart raspberries, accented with fresh mint, perfect for hot days or summer gatherings seeking vibrant, fruity flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 large mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 pt. red raspberries, reserve several for garnish
  • 1/8 cup packed fresh mint leaves, reserve 2 or 3 leaves
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mango, raspberries, mint leaves, ice, water, and sugar.
  2. Blend until liquified and smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into 2 or 3 wine glasses.
  4. Layer whipped cream on top of each glass.
  5. Garnish with reserved raspberries and mint leaves.
