- Have an 8 to 10-cup Bundt pan ready.
- Drain the raspberries and pineapple in a sieve.
- Press the fruit to get 2 cups of liquid; set aside.
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the raspberry jello packets.
- Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in 2 cups of the reserved liquid from the fruit.
- Stir in the drained fruit and sour cream until blended.
- Pour the mixture into the Bundt pan and refrigerate for 8 hours until firm.
- Unmold the dessert before serving.
