Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen red raspberries in syrup, thawed
  • 1 can crushed pineapple packed in juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 (4 oz.) packages raspberry jello
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Have an 8 to 10-cup Bundt pan ready.
  2. Drain the raspberries and pineapple in a sieve.
  3. Press the fruit to get 2 cups of liquid; set aside.
  4. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
  5. Remove from heat and add the raspberry jello packets.
  6. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
  7. Stir in 2 cups of the reserved liquid from the fruit.
  8. Stir in the drained fruit and sour cream until blended.
  9. Pour the mixture into the Bundt pan and refrigerate for 8 hours until firm.
  10. Unmold the dessert before serving.
