Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. dates
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 4 c. raw apples, sliced thin

Instructions

  1. Mix oil, sugar and beaten eggs.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  3. Serve warm with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
