Ingredients

  • 3 raw grated potatoes
  • hamburger meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated potatoes, hamburger meat, grated onion, dry mustard, salt, and pepper together to form meat balls.
  2. Bring 1 inch of water to a boil in a pan.
  3. Add the meat balls to the boiling water and simmer until cooked through.
  4. Optionally, prepare gravy to taste and serve with the meat balls.
