Ingredients

  • 7.5 lb cheese
  • 7 lb pork
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1.5 onions
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 2 tbsp season of chicken

Instructions

  1. Grind the cheese, pork, tomatoes, and green bell pepper together and mix well.
  2. Mix margarine and seasoning of chicken into the filling mixture.
  3. Form the mixture into balls and flatten into thick discs.
  4. Cook the pupusas on a preheated comal until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from heat, serve warm, and enjoy.
