Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 box wafers

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and sugar together, then add egg yolks, milk, and vanilla.
  2. Stir slowly over low heat, preferably in a double boiler, until it comes to a boil.
  3. Let cook about 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat; add bananas and wafers.
  5. Let cool before serving.
