Ingredients

  • 5 large baking potatoes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 8 oz mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1 package potato topping
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Bake the potatoes until done; cut each one in half.
  2. Using a fork, scrape the potato into a large bowl, leaving the peeling for re-use.
  3. Combine the scraped potatoes, butter, sour cream, cheese, potato topping, salt, and pepper in the bowl.
  4. Stuff the mixture back into the potato peels.
  5. Bake at 350°F until hot and bubbly.
