Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2/3 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1/2 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup capers

Instructions

  1. Bake according to manufacturer's instructions, adding the onions and capers during the add-ins cycle or 5 minutes before the final kneading is finished.
