- Drain the thawed raspberries.
- In a medium saucepan, heat water until boiling to make 2 1/3 cups of liquid.
- Pour the boiling water over the red raspberry gelatin into a large mixing bowl.
- Add the vanilla ice cream to the gelatin mixture.
- Stir until the ice cream is melted and then stir in the frozen lemonade concentrate.
- Chill the mixture until it is partially set.
- Gently fold in the drained raspberries and chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into an oiled 6-cup mold and refrigerate until fully set.
