Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 1/2 cups stewed tomatoes
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Put cooked rice in a casserole dish.
  2. Cover with stewed tomatoes.
  3. Add chopped onion, salt, pepper, and sliced smoked sausage.
  4. Bake, covered, at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour.
