Ingredients

  • 1 can V-8 juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can Blue Lake green beans
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cut carrots
  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • water
  • 1 Tbsp. dry or fresh parsley
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder

Instructions

  1. Cook ground turkey in the microwave until done.
  2. Drain off fat and set aside.
  3. Combine all ingredients in a large pan.
  4. Simmer until the cabbage is tender.
  5. Add water to achieve desired consistency.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, or Mrs. Dash if desired.
