Ingredients

  • 2 cans beef consomme
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. regular rice
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Saute rice and onion in margarine until brown. Add all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish. Bake, covered, about 35 minutes at 350°. You can add chicken, pork chops, or any meat you want.
