- Dissolve yeast and sugar in lukewarm water and let it rise in a container.

- Blend well and oil the top of the dough.
- Cover with a dry cloth and let the dough double in bulk.
- Mash down the dough and knead on a flour-covered board.
- Shape the dough into rolls and let them rise.
- Bake in a 400°F oven until golden brown.
- Dough can be kept in the refrigerator for up to a week.
