Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cubed chicken
  • 1/2 diced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c. diced onion
  • 2 skinned tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 lb. cubed pork (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix water and soy sauce in a skillet or stir-fry skillet.
  2. Add remaining ingredients: cubed chicken, garlic, onion, tomatoes, and optional pork.
  3. Cook on medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked Minute rice, green beans, cooked cabbage, and carrots.
