- Mix the drained Veg-All, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and half of the grated cheese together.
- Layer the vegetable mixture into a baking dish, then sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
- Crush the crackers into crumbs and sprinkle over the dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
