Ingredients

  • 1 can Veg-All, drained
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 stack crackers, crushed into crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix the drained Veg-All, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, and half of the grated cheese together.
  3. Layer the vegetable mixture into a baking dish, then sprinkle remaining cheese over the top.
  4. Crush the crackers into crumbs and sprinkle over the dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven until the top is golden brown, about 30 minutes.
