Rhubarb Cherry Dessert

Instructions
- Mix first 5 ingredients and put 1/2 in bottom of 8 x 11-inch pan.
- Place cut up rhubarb over this mixture.
- Boil sugar, water and cornstarch until thick.
- Add cherry pie filling and flavoring. Pour over rhubarb.
- Add the rest of oatmeal mixture on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°.
- Serve with ice cream or whipped cream on top.
