Ingredients

  • 8 qt. rhubarb
  • 8 qt. water
  • 1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 1 small package cherry jello

Instructions

  1. Cook the rhubarb until tender.
  2. Drain the cooked rhubarb and strain the liquid.
  3. Add pineapple juice, sugar, and cherry jello to the strained rhubarb liquid.
  4. Pour the mixture into jars and cold pack for 10 minutes.
  5. Add water to taste when serving, and if desired, add ginger ale for extra flavor.
