Ingredients

  • 10 c. sliced rhubarb
  • 8 c. sugar
  • 3 boxes Jell-O (strawberry)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rhubarb and sugar over low heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Boil hard for 10 minutes.
  3. Add the Jell-O and boil for 3 minutes.
  4. Skim and put in jars.
  5. Seal.
