Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 1 pt. boiling water (less 2 Tbsp.)
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • shake of cayenne pepper
  • 2 c. cabbage, cut fine
  • 1 c. tart apples, cut fine
  • 8 stuffed olives, cut fine

Instructions

  1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
  2. Add vinegar, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Chill.
  4. When slightly thickened, stir in cabbage, apples, and olives.
  5. Chill until firm.
  6. Serve on lettuce with mayonnaise.
